DH-Robotics General-Purpose Servo Drive Series features a dual-axis and four-axis integrated architecture based on the EtherCAT fieldbus. Product Features

Multi-Axis Synchronization & High Response

Based on EtherCAT communication, the drive supports nanosecond-level multi-axis synchronization and high-speed response with a 3.5 kHz velocity loop, ensuring smooth, precise motion control. It is compatible with servo motors, linear motors, and voice coil motors, and supports multiple encoder protocols with up to 24-bit high-resolution feedback.

Auto Tuning & Intelligent Identification

Built-in intelligent algorithms enable automatic tuning and load identification, significantly reducing commissioning time. The drive can automatically identify inertia, friction, and cogging effects, improving system stability while simplifying installation and configuration.

High-Precision Force Control & Compensation

With a hardware current loop and high-accuracy current sampling, the drive supports soft-landing force control and mechanical error compensation. It enables precise force output down to 0.01 N and maintains consistent force accuracy across the full stroke.

Flexible Control & System Expandability

The drive supports position, velocity, torque, and hybrid control modes, with a multi-axis integrated design that allows vertical expansion and up to 3× overload capability. Multiple industrial communication protocols are supported, providing strong flexibility for complex automation systems.
