DHGT Intelligent Amplifier

The DHGT Series Digital Amplifier is the core signal processing and control unit specifically developed for DHGT Series contact displacement sensors. The system converts the tiny analog signals output by the sensor into stable and precise digital data in real time and outputs them directly to PLCs, robot controllers, or host computer systems.

The amplifier integrates high-precision signal processing, flexible output interfaces, intelligent judgment functions, and convenient operation. It enables real-time local measurement processing and data analysis, providing a stable and reliable measurement solution for precision dimensional inspection in automated production lines.

Product Features

High-Precision, High-Speed Measurement

Supports resolution settings down to 0.1 μm and a minimum sampling cycle of 0.25 ms, enabling high-precision data acquisition and fast response to meet real-time inspection requirements in automated production lines.

Intelligent Measurement Functions

Built-in functions such as upper/lower limit judgment, OK/NG output, T-value calculation, peak hold, and automatic compensation allow measurement evaluation and result output without complex programming.

Data Recording and Analysis

Supports statistical analysis including maximum, minimum, average, and standard deviation values, and enables trend monitoring to provide data support for dimensional control and process optimization during production.

Flexible Connectivity and Expansion

Provides digital I/O, analog voltage/current outputs, and RS-232C / RS-485 communication interfaces. It can be directly connected to PLCs or host computers and supports modular expansion for easy system integration and network deployment.
